The topographic map of Crater Lake National Park was initially created in ArcGIS Pro, then uploaded to Adobe Illustrator to finalize the output. Abode Illustrator allowed me to use color tones for the symbolization of elevation that were not available in ArcGIS Pro.
This infographic highlights the Amazon Rainforest and how remote sensing is used to detect deforestation. I uploaded remote sensing imagery from ArcGIS Pro to Abode Illustrator in order to add labels and to configure the infographic.
This map illustrates the hydrography of the Malheur Wetlands in Oregon. I uploaded the wetland hydrography from ArcGIS Pro to Abode Illustrator so that I could manually generalize the streams, lakes, swamps, and playas.
This map highlights the geography of Oregon and Washington. I uploaded an output from ArcGIS Pro which contained a state, river, freeway, and major city layer to Adobe Illustrator. Using Illustrator allowed me to apply finishing touches such as text, inset map, and the colors of the basemap.
This series of maps highlights poisonous invasive plant species in the Deschutes River watershed in Oregon. The four watersheds that are displayed each show the density of a specific poisonous invasive plant species. I used ArcGIS Pro to run the attribute query and then I uploaded the four outputs to Adobe Illustrator.
This map illustrates the Portland Metro Transit System. I uploaded the Portland Metro Transit System lines from ArcGIS Pro to Adobe Illustrator so I could generalize the lines.
This map highlights the San Juan Islands in Washington. I uploaded the map from ArcGIS Pro to Adobe Illustrator so I could incorporate labels.
